Great service. Perfect place to have fun and relax. No problems whatsoever and if there ever any issue then the staff would have fixed it immediately.

Bad hotel experience. Never cleaned room our whole week here. Always having to call on emergency basis for towels etc. Stay away and go to other resorts or hotels in area. Cheaper and much much better value. Other complaints but not going to do that here. Would be zero stars if i could.
This review is just for SPA kalahari. Paige at the front desk was super friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the salt room and the spa pedicure. So relaxing. They did a wonderful job. And the gift shop at the spa was great. Bought jewelry, robes, and soap. Love it all. Thanks again Paige for all your help.
I've been here now 4 times in the past five years, and the resort/park has certainly seen a steady decline. You can't get on any of the "big" water slides, without at least a half hour wait, which sucks cause it's super muggy and hot. It's not as clean as it once was. The overall staff is certainly not as friendly as they once were. I used to not mind paying the extra money for food, but they've lost a step there too. It's entirely overcome by foreigners and drunks; which wouldn't be so bad if either acted as if they had any manners or class. During check-in there was a family that decided to have a picnic right in the lobby, directly next to the check in desk. It smelled up the entire lobby area. It's not worth the money they charge you to stay there, and I definitely won't be staying here again any time soon. I would consider coming for a day pass, to let my kids swim. But there are a lot better, and more contemporary water parks near by, without all the lines and hassle.
